Annabel, currently in her final year of completing a Bachelor of Property Economics, has seamlessly blended her academic knowledge with practical experience in the real estate industry. After joining our team initially in 2023 in an administrative capacity and assisting with marketing, Annabel’s journey has seen her evolve into the role of a dedicated Property Officer, specialising in rentals. From the outset, Annabel brought an enthusiastic spirit to Gerber Properties, demonstrating a genuine enjoyment in completing tasks with precision and diligence.

Her responsibilities include conducting property showings, assessing tenant applications, and creating lease agreements. Annabel plays a pivotal role in coordinating property inspections and addressing tenant concerns, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenant satisfaction is prioritised.
