Having worked in the real estate industry for 15 years, Caitlyn has gained valuable skills and knowledge and has a proven ability in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with industry professionals, landlords and tenants alike.

Caitlyn started out in a reception based role at an Inner West real estate office when she was just 19, quickly demonstrating her potential in assuming the tasks and responsibilities of property management admin support and learning the financial side of the business, graduating to property management trust accountant. These days she wears many hats and that is just how she likes it - working as administrative assistant to both the Property Management and Sales staff, as well as performing trust accountant duties whilst remaining at front of house as the first point of contact for the agency, ever providing service with a smile.

Caitlyn is passionate about providing the best customer experience possible with her enthusiasm for the industry evident in the high standard of service and exceptional quality of work she strives to produce on a daily basis.

In her free time Caitlyn loves to spend time out and about in nature whether it be heading off to the blue mountains for a bushwalk, wining and dining with friends and family by the water or stand up paddle boarding and kayaking in the warmer weather.
